Nevada Revised Statutes Title 36. Military Affairs and Civil Emergencies § 412.2675. Warrant of arrest: Form; fees and mileage for service

1. Warrants of arrest issued pursuant to NRS 412.267 must be in substantially the following form:

To the (Sheriff) (Constable) (Chief of Police) of ________________ (County) (Township and County) (City and County):

a member of ______________________________ (Unit designation) Nevada National Guard, having failed or refused to report to his or her appointed place of duty at ________________________________, you are therefore commanded forthwith to arrest the above-named ______________________________ and bring him or her before me at ________________ The arrest may be made either during the day or at night.

Dated at ____________________________________________ this __________ day of the month of __________ of the year ______

2. Fees and mileage allowed for the service of warrants must be the same as are provided by law for the service of criminal process and must be paid out of money appropriated to the Office of the Military, upon proper application therefor.
