Members and units of the Nevada National Guard shall assemble for training and shall participate in field training periods and active duty for training periods, maneuvers, schools, conferences or other similar duties at such times and places as are prescribed therefor by applicable federal laws and regulations and Office regulations. In addition to these periods, the commander of any organization may require the officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel of his or her command to meet for ceremonies, parades or training at such times and places as he or she may appoint.
