The air force of the Nevada National Guard shall be the Nevada Air National Guard and shall be composed of the air force units which are a part of the Nevada National Guard on July 1, 1967, and such units as may be authorized thereafter, including the personnel who are enlisted, appointed or commissioned therein. No person may be a member of the Nevada Air National Guard who is not federally recognized as such.
