Nevada Revised Statutes Title 35. Highways; Roads; Bridges; Parks § 408.225. Powers of Director:  Purchase and rental of and contracts for equipment, supplies and services

<Section effective on the date the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau are notified that sufficient money is available to capitalize and carry out the business of the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank.  See, also, section 408.225 effective until the date of that notification.>

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 408.323 and 408.55048 to 408.55088, inclusive, the Director, with the approval of the Board, may rent, lease, purchase and contract for all equipment, materials, supplies, vehicles, road machinery, tools, implements and technical services required for the purpose of this chapter.  Such equipment, supplies and services must be managed and used under the control of the Director.
