The county road supervisor shall:
1. Take and subscribe to the constitutional oath of office.
2. Enter into a bond with at least two sureties in the penal sum of $2,500, payable to the county and conditioned for the faithful performance of the county road supervisor’s duties. The bond shall be approved by the board of county commissioners and filed with the county clerk.
