Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 394.377. Retaliation for reporting violation prohibited

An officer, administrator or employee of a private school shall not retaliate against any person for having:

1. Reported a violation of NRS 394.353 to 394.379, inclusive; or

2. Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 394.353 to 394.379, inclusive,

by a private school or a member of the staff of the private school.
