Any lease or rental agreement entered into pursuant to NRS 393.3251, 393.3252 and 393.3253 may be renewed without a public hearing, for 3 years after the original agreement, subject to yearly review and adjustment, at the discretion of the board of trustees, of the amount of the rental and the terms of the lease or agreement. Any adjustment of the amount of the rental shall not be for an amount less than that provided in the original agreement unless the board of trustees determines that it is in the best interest of the school district.
