Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 391.094. State Board required to prescribe examination for certain paraprofessionals

The State Board shall prescribe by regulation at least one examination for those paraprofessionals who desire to satisfy the requirements prescribed by the Department to comply with 20 U.S.C. § 6311(g)(2)(M). The regulations must include the passing score required to demonstrate satisfaction of those requirements.
