Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 388D.360. Submission of information by school district for purpose of accountability and reporting expenditures of challenge school

Each school district in which a challenge school is located shall submit to the Department in a format prescribed by the Department such information as requested by the Superintendent of Public Instruction for the purpose of accountability and reporting expenditures for the challenge school.
