Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 388A.352. Annual posting of certain information regarding charter management organizations and educational management organizations by governing body of charter school on Internet website

Each year, each governing body of a charter school shall post on its Internet website the definition of a charter management organization and an educational management organization and whether the charter school is operated by a charter management organization or receives services from an educational management organization and, if so, the name of the charter management organization or educational management organization.
