Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 388.261. Inapplicability of Open Meeting Law to development committee, school committee and certain meetings of State Board, Department of Education and Division of Emergency Management of Department of Public Safety related to crisis and emergency response

1. A development committee;

2. A school committee;

3. The State Board if the meeting concerns a regulation adopted pursuant to NRS 388.255;

4. The Department of Education if the meeting concerns the model plan developed pursuant to NRS 388.253;  or

5. The Division of Emergency Management of the Department of Public Safety if the meeting concerns the approval of a plan developed pursuant to NRS 388.243 or the approval of a plan updated pursuant to NRS 388.245.
