Nevada Revised Statutes Title 34. Education § 386.110. Body corporate; name

1. The trustees of a school district shall constitute a board, which is hereby created a body corporate.

2. The board of trustees of a county school district shall be designated by the name and style of “The Board of Trustees of the ________________ School District” (using the name of the county or city the boundaries of which are conterminous with the boundaries of the county school district).
