If the Department determines that a public school has failed to meet the school achievement targets and performance targets established pursuant to the statewide system of accountability for public schools, the Department or its designee shall, to the extent money is available, monitor at the school the administration of the examinations that are required pursuant to NRS 390.105 and ensure that all eligible pupils who are in attendance on the day of the administration of the examinations are given an opportunity to take the examinations.
