Nevada Revised Statutes Title 32. Revenue and Taxation § 373.190. Sale of revenue bonds

The board, or a commission authorized to issue bonds or other securities pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 373.131, is authorized to sell such bonds or other securities from time to time at public or private sale as the board or the commission, as the case may be, may determine.
