Nevada Revised Statutes Title 32. Revenue and Taxation § 369.440. Certificates for permissible persons

By regulation, the Department shall prescribe the form of and conditions for obtaining a permissible person's certificate, which shall be printed and distributed on request to any person or representative of any institution, school, hospital, or church desiring to import liquor for industrial, medical, scientific or sacramental purposes.
