Nevada Revised Statutes Title 32. Revenue and Taxation § 366.130. Money for administration of chapter; payment of administrative costs

1. Funds for the administration of the provisions of this chapter shall be provided by direct legislative appropriation from the State Highway Fund, upon presentation of budgets in the manner required by law.

2. All costs of administration of this chapter shall be paid from the legislative appropriation made from the State Highway Fund on claims presented by the Department, approved by the State Board of Examiners, and allowed and paid as other claims against the State are allowed and paid.
