Any deed derived from the sale of real property under this chapter shall be conclusive evidence of the title, except as against actual frauds or the payment of the taxes by a person not a party to the action or judgment in or upon which such sale was made, and shall entitle the holder thereof to possession of such property, which possession may be obtained by an action in a Justice Court for the unlawful withholding thereof in the same manner as where tenants hold over after the expiration of their lease.
