The county clerk shall, immediately upon the filing of the application and certificate pursuant to NRS 360A.270, enter a judgment for the State of Nevada against the person liable for the payment in the amount required to be paid, together with any penalties and interest due as set forth in the certificate. The Department shall serve a copy of the judgment, together with the application and the certificate, upon the person against whom the judgment is entered, by personal service or by mailing a copy to his or her last known address as it appears in the records of the Department.
