Nevada Revised Statutes Title 30. Public Borrowing and Obligations § 348.260. Substitution of meanings of terms used in chapter for meanings of corresponding terms in supplemental provisions

The meanings of the terms used in this chapter shall be substituted for the meanings of corresponding terms used in other provisions of NRS or special acts relating to public securities when the provisions or principles of those laws supplement the provisions of this chapter. Otherwise, terms used in this chapter have the same meaning as corresponding terms used in laws relating to public securities.
