Nevada Revised Statutes Title 3. Remedies; Special Actions and Proceedings § 41.0309. Employee of or volunteer for public fire-fighting agency deemed employee of State or political subdivision of State

For the purposes of NRS 41.0305 to 41.039, inclusive, an employee of or volunteer for a public fire-fighting agency shall be deemed an employee of the State or a political subdivision of the State.
