Nevada Revised Statutes Title 3. Remedies; Special Actions and Proceedings § 39.510. Time ordered for division

The court shall, in its order, or by a subsequent order made upon motion, fix the time for division of the claim by the master, which may not be less than 20 nor more than 40 days from the day of making the order, except by consent of all the parties in interest who have appeared in the action.
