Nevada Revised Statutes Title 27. Public Property and Purchasing § 333.469. Use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Legislative and Judicial Departments and Civil Air Patrol to obtain supplies, materials and equipment

Any agency, bureau, commission or officer of the Legislative Department or the Judicial Department of the State Government or the Nevada Wing of the Civil Air Patrol or any squadron thereof may obtain supplies, materials and equipment on a voluntary basis through the facilities of the Purchasing Division.
