Nevada Revised Statutes Title 25. Public Organizations for Community Service § 315.9983. Mortgages and loans: Generally

The Authority may make, undertake commitments to make and participate with lending institutions in the making of mortgage loans to finance the acquisition, construction, development, renewal, redevelopment, rehabilitation or refinancing of residential housing, including, without limitation, single family and multifamily housing, within this State.
