“Authority” means any of the public corporations created or authorized to be created by NRS 315.140 to 315.7813, inclusive, and any housing authority established and operating prior to July 1, 1975, under the provisions of the Housing Authorities Law of 1943 or the Housing Law of 1951. The term includes a regional authority.
