Nevada Revised Statutes Title 24. Elections § 306.080. Vacancy in office created upon recall of public officer if no other candidates nominated for special election

If any officer is recalled upon a special election and other candidates are not nominated to be voted for at the special election, the vacancy thereby created must be filled in the manner provided by law.
