Nevada Revised Statutes Title 24. Elections § 298.028. “Nominee for presidential elector” defined

“Nominee for presidential elector” means a person selected pursuant to NRS 298.035 to be a nominee to the position of presidential elector by a major political party, a minor political party or an independent candidate nominated for the office of President pursuant to NRS 298.109.
