Nevada Revised Statutes Title 24. Elections § 293.506. County clerk required to accept applications for preregistration and registration submitted by computer to Secretary of State; exceptions

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive, the county clerk shall accept applications to preregister and register to vote submitted by computer to the Secretary of State through the system established by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 293.671.
