1. The Secretary of State shall ensure that:
(a) All public information that is included on the Internet website required pursuant to NRS 293.4687 is accessible on a mobile device; and
(b) A person may use a mobile device to submit any information or form related to elections that a person may otherwise submit electronically to the Secretary of State, including, without limitation, an application to preregister or register to vote and a request for a military-overseas ballot.
2. As used in this section:
(a) “Military-overseas ballot” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 293D.050.
(b) “Mobile device” includes, without limitation, a smartphone or a tablet computer.
