Nevada Revised Statutes Title 24. Elections § 293.287. Announcement of name and political affiliation of registered voter; challenges; nonpartisan ballot at primary election

A registered voter applying to vote at any primary election or presidential preference primary election shall give his or her name and political affiliation, if any, to the election board officer in charge of the roster, and the officer shall immediately announce the name and political affiliation.

4. A registered voter who has designated on his or her application to register to vote an affiliation with a minor political party may vote a nonpartisan ballot at the primary election.
