Nevada Revised Statutes Title 23. Public Officers and Employees § 284.130. Assistance of state and local officers

The Administrator may request officers and employees in the Executive Department of the State Government or local officers or employees to aid in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, and insofar as it may be consistent with their other duties, these officers and employees shall give such aid upon the Administrator's written request.
