Nevada Revised Statutes Title 23. Public Officers and Employees § 281A.125. “Member of a local legislative body” defined

“Member of a local legislative body” means a member of a board of county commissioners, a governing body of a city or a governing body of any other political subdivision who performs any function that involves introducing, voting upon or otherwise acting upon any matter of a permanent or general character which may reflect public policy.
