Nevada Revised Statutes Title 23. Public Officers and Employees § 281.280. Officer refusing to receive or arrest person charged with criminal offense: Penalties

If any officer shall willfully refuse to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal offense, such officer is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
