Nevada Revised Statutes Title 23. Public Officers and Employees § 281.140. State officers may sell evidence of public indebtedness issued for services rendered

All state officers shall have the right to sell or transfer any evidence of public indebtedness which may be issued according to law, for services rendered by them to the State, and legally and justly due.
