Nevada Revised Statutes Title 22. Cooperative Agreements by Public Agencies; Regional Transportation Commissions; Planning and Zoning; Development and Redevelopment § 279.490. Financial assistance from governmental and private sources

An agency may borrow money or accept financial or other assistance from the State, the Federal Government or private sources for any redevelopment project within its area of operation, and may comply with any conditions of that loan or grant.
