Nevada Revised Statutes Title 22. Cooperative Agreements by Public Agencies; Regional Transportation Commissions; Planning and Zoning; Development and Redevelopment § 279.422. Declaration of state policy: Temporary government-owned wartime housing projects as blighted areas

It is further found and declared that blighted areas may include housing areas constructed as temporary government-owned wartime housing projects, and that such areas may be characterized by one or more of the conditions enumerated in NRS 279.388.
