Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 268.734. Additional powers of governing body

Subject to the provisions of NRS 268.732, in connection with any project herein authorized the governing body of any municipality may, on the behalf and in the name of the municipality, borrow money, otherwise become obligated and evidence obligations by the issuance of general obligation bonds and other general obligation securities, and in connection with the undertaking or project, the governing body may otherwise proceed as provided in the Local Government Securities Law.
