Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 268.588. Approval of report; preparation of summary for public distribution

At least 20 days before the date of the public hearing, the governing body of the annexing city shall approve the report provided for in NRS 268.578 and shall make the same available to the public at the office of the city clerk. In addition, the governing body may direct the preparation of a summary of the full report for public distribution with the notice of the public hearing and at such hearing.
