Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 268.420. Health districts

Notwithstanding the provisions of any city charter, or any other law, the governing bodies of any incorporated cities may establish with the board of county commissioners of the county in which the cities are located, or with the governing bodies of any other cities within the county, a health district as provided in chapter 439 of NRS.
