Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 266.660. Costs of municipal capital improvements to be paid from proper fund, including proceeds from bonds

The cost and expense of buildings and land for the use of the city shall be paid for from the proper fund of the city, including without limitation proceeds of bonds authorized by law.
