Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 266.615. Ordinances to carry out revenue laws

The city council has full power to pass and enact all ordinances necessary or required to carry into effect the revenue laws in the city and to enlarge, fix and determine the powers and duties of all officers in relation thereto.
