Nevada Revised Statutes Title 21. Cities and Towns § 266.410. Officers of cities of population categories one and two to hold only one office; exception

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4 of NRS 266.405 for the clerk and treasurer, in cities of population categories one and two, a mayor, council member, clerk, auditor, attorney or treasurer shall not hold any other office under the city government during his or her term of office.
