Nevada Revised Statutes Title 19. Miscellaneous Matters Related to Government and Public Affairs § 240.0155. Prohibition on collecting social security numbers or alternative personally identifying number from notary public or applicant for appointment as notary public

The Secretary of State shall not collect the social security number or an alternative personally identifying number, including, without limitation, an individual taxpayer identification number, from a notary public or an applicant for appointment as a notary public.
