Nevada Revised Statutes Title 19. Miscellaneous Matters Related to Government and Public Affairs § 239B.024. Request by governmental agency for certain information related to sexual orientation or gender identity or expression: “Governmental agency” defined

As used in NRS 239B.022 and 239B.026, “governmental agency” means an officer, board, commission, department, division, bureau, district or any other unit of government of the State or a local government.
