Nevada Revised Statutes Title 19. Miscellaneous Matters Related to Government and Public Affairs § 237.040. “Business” defined

1. “Business” means any trade or occupation conducted for profit, regardless of whether the trade or occupation is a small business.

2. As used in this section, “small business” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 233B.0382.
