Nevada Revised Statutes Title 17. State Legislative Department § 220.155. Acceptance of gifts, grants and bequests to pay for costs related to publications

The Legislative Commission may accept gifts, grants and bequests of moneys from any public or private source, which moneys shall be deposited in the Legislative Fund and used for the purposes of NRS 220.150.
