Nevada Revised Statutes Title 17. State Legislative Department § 220.105. Preparation and publication of digest of judicial opinions concerning Nevada law

The Legislative Counsel may, on such terms as the Legislative Counsel deems appropriate and with the approval of the Legislative Commission, enter into a contract with any publisher for the preparation and publication of a digest of judicial opinions construing or concerning the law of this state, or for cooperation in the preparation and publication of such a digest.
