Nevada Revised Statutes Title 17. State Legislative Department § 218F.800. Qualifications of Research Director; administration of Research Division

The Research Director:

1. Must have a graduate degree from an accredited college or university and must be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:

(a) Research techniques;

(b) Information sources;

(c) Strategic planning;

(d) Program and personnel management;

(e) Writing and communication techniques;

(f) Governmental organization and functions; and

(g) Budgeting.

2. Shall administer and manage the duties, programs, responsibilities and staff operations of the Research Division.
