Nevada Revised Statutes Title 17. State Legislative Department § 218C.560. Prohibition against applying forfeitures to increase benefits

Forfeitures must not be applied to increase the benefits any member would otherwise receive pursuant to the provisions governing the Legislators' Retirement System as provided by section 401(a)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 401(a)(8).
