Nevada Revised Statutes Title 17. State Legislative Department § 218A.665. Payment to legislative officers and committee chairs for postage, certain communication charges and other expenses

Each of the following officers of the Houses is entitled to an allowance of not more than $900 for each regular session and $64 for each special session for the payment of postage, communication charges other than tolls and charges for the use of a land line telephone service, and other expenses incurred by the officer in the performance of the officer's duties:

2. All allowances made pursuant to this section and any expense incurred by an officer pursuant to this section during each regular and special session for tolls and charges for the use of a land line telephone service must be paid from the Legislative Fund.
