A Legislator who attends and is compensated for attending a:
1. Regular or special session, a presession orientation conference of the Legislature or a training session conducted pursuant to NRS 218A.285;
2. Meeting of an interim legislative committee; or
3. Meeting of the Legislative Commission or the Audit Subcommittee,
is not entitled to receive an additional day's salary or compensation for any other such meeting or conference the Legislator attends in that day.
